Day 1:
Cross the border at Taba and drive through he Sinai desert with its unique desert scenery to Cairo. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2:
Tour Memphis, Sakara and the magnificent pyramids and Sphinx at Giza.
Day 3:
Visit the museum of antiquities of Egypt and through the Old City. Wander through the market of Han El Halili. Visit the synagogue, the City of the Dead and the Mohamed Ali Mosque.
In the evening train ride to Luxor with dinner on the train.
Day 4:
Early morning arrival in Luxor. Tour the Temples of Karnak and Luxor. A free afternoon followed by dinner in the hotel.
Day 5:
An early morning breakfast. Visit the Valley of the Kings, Gravesite and the Temple of the Pharaohs. Transfer to Aswan in the early evening through Edfu, Kom Ombo. Dinner in Aswan.
Day 6:
Tour of Aswan. Optional visit to Abu Simbal. Night train to Cairo including dinner.
Day 7:
Arrival in Cairo in the morning and transfer to the hotel. A free day until we meet for dinner.
Day 8:
After breakfast travel to the Taba border with several stops along the way: the Suez Canal, hot water springs at Hamam Mussa.
Evening Options: Folklore, Sound and Light show at the Pyramids, Cairo at night, Falluca (boat) along the Nile, Sound and Light show in the Temple of Karnak, etc.
